The virtual briefcase gives you secure access to your information from anywhere on the Net.

That means you can access and work with your email, files, bookmarks, addresses, and calendar appointments from any device with a Web browser. You can use your own computer, in your office, home or on the road, or any other computer ãborrowedä from a colleague or public kiosk.

If you have more than one computer, the Briefcase Assistant can keep your content up-to-date across all of them.

Briefcase Assistant is not available with all service plans. Contact customer support if you have questions about your service plan.

1. Install the Briefcase Assistant. This special synchronization software will help you pack and unpack your virtual briefcase.

   To download the Briefcase Assistant, click the Import icon on the navigation bar at the left of the virtual briefcase window.

2. Complete the Setup Wizard. This determines what content you will hold in your virtual briefcase, and how often you want it updated.
   
3. Run the synchronization. This packs your virtual briefcase.

You no longer have to worry about copying the latest file or maintaining consistent address books. Itâs simple. Itâs your information. Always accessible. Always up-to-date.
