You can find your Technical Support contact information in the Briefcase Assistant. Choose Help ÷ About Briefcase Assistant.

Note that contact information appears in the ãAbout boxä window, and not within this help window.

When you call or email us about problems with your virtual briefcase or Briefcase Assistant, we need to know the software version number you have.

• To see the version of virtual briefcase, click the About icon in the navigation bar, then look in the toolbar next to the words "About virtual briefcase."
  
• To see the version of Briefcase Assistant, choose the Help menu ÷ About Briefcase Assistant command, then look for the release number at the bottom of the dialog box

The virtual briefcase has online information to help answer your questions. When you are logged in, click Help on the virtual briefcase toolbar. Use the Table of Contents on the left, or click Index in the toolbar to search for a specific topic.
