Email your technical questions to support@visto.com or telephone us between 7AM and 6PM Pacific Time at 650-930-5123.

We can provide the fastest response, if you please send the following information to support@visto.com when you see have problems.

  1. Exact time, date and duration of the problem. (Today at 2PM, Since yesterday morning, etc.)
  2. What was the nature of the problem? What was Visto Briefcase/Assistant doing/not doing for you?
  3. What were you doing just before the problem? (Visto Briefcase files, Synchronizing Briefcase Assistant bookmarks, etc.)
  4. Which server were you connected to and with which protocol? (server www?.briefcase.com, using http or https?)
  5. What kind of computer were you using (Win95, NT, Mac, etc.)
  6. What kind of browser were you using (Navigator 3.0.4 Gold, AOL 2.7 Browser, Internet Explorer 4.0.1 etc.)
  7. What network speed and what kind of connection was it (28.8 modem, LAN with T-1, etc.)
  8. Is there anything else you recall that could have affected performance? Were other program affected? Did your browser lock up?
