- Exact time, date and duration of the problem. (Today at 2PM, Since yesterday morning, etc.)
- What was the nature of the problem? What was Visto Briefcase/Assistant doing/not doing for you?
- What were you doing just before the problem? (Visto Briefcase files, Synchronizing Briefcase Assistant bookmarks, etc.)
- Which server were you connected to and with which protocol? (server www?.briefcase.com, using http or https?)
- What kind of computer were you using (Win95, NT, Mac, etc.)
- What kind of browser were you using (Navigator 3.0.4 Gold, AOL 2.7 Browser, Internet Explorer
4.0.1 etc.)
- What network speed and what kind of connection was it (28.8 modem, LAN with T-1, etc.)
- Is there anything else you recall that could have affected performance? Were other program affected?
