comerade’s blood. He founded seventeen fighter orders, recognized the crusaders
for eight religions, and established ranger stations in the borderlands between the
wilds and his newly conquered cities.
Three decades after the fouding of the Empire, Necrodemus Severian Necrodemus III
recognized the contributions of the holdfasts and granted leave for the kav elfar
blademen to carry weapons under Necrodemian Law.
