Dominator Attribute Populace
xcalis regence I tamabambatsu skimo

fortress of solitude
the dominion

this dominion was created with the words "a place of power eight miles spherical wherin there are no rules but [those of xcalis regence i], attached to the world [known] as worlorn with access also to the potential worlds congruent with worlorn."
the fortress of solitude appears from the outside as a cold blue-metal dome at the north pole of worlorn. the weather is under the control of xcalis regence i for eight miles in all directions from this dome.
within the fortress of solitude there is the tomb of yarlan zey. beneath this tomb lies a gateway, a central node in a nexus of travelling devices which span many universes. a white metal cobblestone road, the gold road of worlorn, begins or ends at the center of a pattern.
the arch of time is anchored at the fortress of solitude, the north pole. the arch of time appears as white gold to those who can perceive such things.
