Greetings, you have found the favor of Shal Omnis and I, her humble servant, am her to convey her blessings. Blessings to you and your family -- may they grow in the light of Shal Omnis. The following agenda for you has been created to guide you in the will of Shal Omnis.

1. Our clerics are to secure the best possible real-estate on the street of the gods in the port city of Imperial Enseljos that is available for legal and proper purchase.

   After securing the proper religious and governmental authorizations for the land, the land should be blessed and concecrated and then construction of the primary temple in troad should begin. At a minimum, the temple should be inhabited by one cleric and two paladins at the earliest possible moment.

   Upon completion of construction, all followers should strive to make a pilgrimage to Imperial Enseljos to visit the new temple, where the blessing of Shal Omnis will be bestowed upon them. Plans for the temple have been provided. A star above the temple will guide our pilgrims in their travels to the holy city.

2. We have been given an invitation to construct the first temple on a new street of the gods in the domain of the Crosswinds. Emmissaries should be dispatch as soon as the main temple in Imperial Enseljos is constructed.

3. We need to recruit followers and converts using more agressive tactics. I would suggest the following initiatives to increase our goddesses presence throughout Worlorn.

   1. The construction of a monestary ("The Star Monastery of Shal Omnis"), the temple ("The Star Temple of Shal Omnis"), and paladin school ("The Star Paladin School of Shal Omnis") in Imperial Enseljos. Specific and unique attributes and training will be available to our followers to encourage membership.

   2. Flyers and cryers should be established thoughout the world to encourage converts and followers.

   3. Within Imperial Enseljos, there are clerics whose dieties have abandoned them and who no long have a god or goddess to serve. We should strive to bring new life to their existence. We should make ready their conversion and welcome them into our house. Let it be known that we welcome them. Investigate likely candidates and submit their names and backgrounds to Shal Omnis through your prayers.

   4. The church and its members should participate actively within the community and local governments. Feed and clothe the poor; heal the sick and diseased; donate to worthy social and civic causes. Win the hearts and minds of the people and their kings.

4. For each person you encounter, suggest to them how following Shal Omnis might enrich their lives and goals. Get the message out that we are an alive church where real things happen that change peoples lives forever.

5. The main temple shall be a primary and permanent place of Sanctuary as granted by Theseus and Mestea through our goddess Shal Omnis.

In what we do, be sure to respect the customs and laws of the land. Obtain all necessary permits and royal rights to conduct our business. Do not act if conflicts arise until they can be resolved peaceful. Trust your heart and the will of Shal Omnis. Meditate and pray for guidance every day.
